Faridabad : On Saturday, a terrible event happened at the famous Surajkund Mela in Faridabad, which raised severe concerns about the festival's safety. On the same day, two different reports said that a police inspector died while saving people and that numerous visitors, including a child, were injured. Police said that the worst thing that happened was when a joy ride broke down and fell over in one of the fair's busiest areas at 6 p.m on Saturday. There were 19 people on the swing when it fell to the ground. When individuals on the ride began shouting for help, panic set in.
